This were last week I learn in college......we mix all the vegetable,onion,carrot... with the dressing den Cut the chicken into slice den may be serve...this were easy...^^ xD
After those we start learn sandwiches....there were many different sandwiches we may do.....etc..open face sandwiches, 3layer sandwiches....and many more canape...Canape is like were a small tiny food tat may juz put into your mouth eat it.....
So...we started to learn how to make sandwiches.......Ther u may have a look at those Pic...^^

Today I got to clean the chicken up for make the cold meat to eat. Firstly i got to clean all the dirty thing in the chicken stomach.....is so sux..and also this is my first time to clean a chicken...i really wanna vomit...but wont la..coz i'm a man mah...haha xD after clean it we cook by boiling the chicken. After finish boiling it must cut the chicken into slice so tat can make it to become cold meat...after slice put on a small bow and then decorating with some brocoli,capricon,baby sweet corn,mushroom and also carrot...after it pour the stock of chicken into the bow.Then put into the freezer to cool it.....after cool u may be serve. But when my college friend's taste the cold meat, i can say 100% no one like it, coz i think tat is not our taste of asia...prefer cook food. haha xD
After when lunch back...we start to make salad dressing...juz collect the ingredient into a bow....and cut the onion and lettuce into very fine slice. After tat stir it all with the ingredient into a mixing bow....and den juz put some tomato and cabbage.....It's finish may served...^^

~Nasi Lemak...~

Today after our lunch...we start learn cook our nasi lemak.There were 4 group in my batch 15....so all team work that group 2 & 4(tat's inculde me...)^^ ,to cook the coconut rice.....And group 1 & 3 will be cook the sambal for the nasi lemak.
Firstly our group collect all the ingredients for prepared to cook the coconut rice....after we start to make the coconut rice....we put on top the rice with the ingredient....after it cook it...Then the other group were cooking the ikan bilis and peanut.....coz it serve wif it....
After all, the sambal were started to cook......it first blended the onion,sambal,dry chili....after it put on the hot pot to cook.....and after finish the sambal...it ready for serve...hehe ^^

~FrenchToast and Pancake~

Today on college I learn about cooking FrenchToast....xD!!!! Me and mine team after heard what the chef saying,then we start practice our cooking of egg first.We need to cook 2 egg,"Bulleye Egg" & Flip Egg"...xD wow!!!! I may only to Flip egg better but the Bulleye egg, i cant....dunno why coz when i broke the egg....the fucking egg sure broke one...but at last my chef joel make one for me and teach me.....den finally i make one tat's prefect. Dunno why is so funny, when at house cook Bulleye egg is very prefect. But on my college ther i make 3 time den only Got it....er!!! ><>

~Fruit Cut And Pekat Pisang~

~Fruit cut & Pekat Pisang~
Today i'm learning at college about Fruit Cut....Firstly I think was it juz easy to cut a fruit at house. But when u need to cut a fruit as look like a hotel line like it. It's hard....Today me and my team were cut WaterMelon,Pineapple,Orange,and HoneyDew.....When cutting u really need some skill on it,coz if not when u decoration on your plate were not nice look. In the momment when we all student were cutting. Our Top Chef Benard were in and show us how to cut look like a hotel style. WOW..Chef show his "KungFu" skill to cut fruit. It's a good knowledge to learn his way to cut. But for us newbiess were still need more pratice. Chef cutting was amazing and fast. Juz a few min were finish all the cutting. And the lucky is what? Chef was were at my team"4" table doing his cutting and put at our plate. So we juz follow the same way his cutting and learn new cutting.....xD!!
In our batch15 we cut so many Fruit's to eat but sure wont finish all ritezz...so we share to our friend's batch 16...they were pity to do Egg Station & Pan Cake....so pity...haha xD But tommorrow also is our batch doing the same thing as them..lol T.T!!!!
So in de afternoon, after finsh our lunch....we'r going to make Pekat Pisang"Desert". Wow this is quick easy..seriously.But the taste were funny to me coz the Banana inside were sour abit. hehexD but also it's quick nice. After tat we all make Fruit Juice for drink,coz dun waste morning our cutting fruit's. Teach you all something,when make aready the fruit juice,put some fresh milk inside....I 100% say u sure will love it. Trust me....^^

~Cut Vegetable~

~It's not easy~
Today in college i learn to cut vege,it not easy to cut into different shapes. But i were enjoy when i'm finally finish it.
Today my Chef Joel teach us to cut carrot and celery into "Julienne(strips)" ,"Brunoise(dice)","Batonnets(batons)","Jardiniere(medium dice)".......When i'm look at my team friend's doing,I have no idea.....coz i cant remember it how to cut it. Luckly when my turn,my friend Dave were help me tat saying how to cut....den i follow step by step.When cutting the carrot was hard coz it need to cut like square den cut like "Batonnets".....it's quick fun when u'r the cutting...coz it look like I'm a chef ridi xD haha...but how can only cut a carrot can become a chef..ahha xD!!!
So the next were celery, it need to cut to curve into"Julienne". This might be easyer coz it easy to cut...after finish I let my chef to check, Huh he say ok. Luckly he say ok, if not i got to cut again. err!!!
I juz unhappy because tat forgot to take the pic...coz help my teammate for teaching him cut. blablabla After all this our team and other team were clean up the kitchen. But luckly i was only throwing the Rubbish. So tommorrow it will be Cutting Fruit's and make Juice for drink. DUnno how was it tommorrow....hope all thing will be juz fine...haha..Good nite..

~College Life~

~Time Start 2 Go~
Last ClubBing was on SupperClub,so the next day morning i'm going for the education fair for having a look of it......when i saw the culinary art,on mind juz think about cook some special food for her......hehe do you think i'm stupid?Sorry sometime it really hard to control it...!!! I like this courses much coz it more on pratical......and i may going for london if i take advance diploma.....ofcourse is a good chance for me.
So the next day,I call my parent bring me go to the main branch at klang for register this culinary art courses......I was study on Subang Jaya at qiant opposite new lot's ther.....I'm were in batch 15.
The 3nd day, my chef joel teach us how to make poach egg and scramble egg. I only like the scramble egg but i also need to do the poach egg too. Coz if i work in hotel how can i say i dun like to cook tat thing.....am i rite? Commonsense........
In this cilantro college,I make some new friend's tat elder den me or same age.....all was so friendly 2. hahahaxD juz pity tat no pretty gal's...but normal got...hehe^^

~The day I lost myself~

Days tat didn't have u, i really start to change......no one's really knw wat i'm really happen. All juz knw tat i'm broke wif u. But how? The day broke wif u, I may say tat some nitezz going for clubBIng to take some "cane"......I'll really happy wif it,coz i dun have much thing for think. It took all my headache gone.....And dance wif some pretty ladies in the club, it so fun....
As this I'll been a month through it.......finally i really bored out this kind of thing tat blurr me,i doesn't wanna take those thing aready.......everytime i sit down on the swimming pool i chat wif my friend abt her. My friend juz ask me to forget abt her.....but i'm trying.....no use.....i love her much den i breath the air. Wat can i do? Till nw i still miss her.........all my friend was telling me stupid, why should i think her again. There's many gal's rite outside, juz go find some.
To me everything is fool, but she is in my life the gal's tat i love...........

I really dun knw why will you suddenly doesn't have feel's wif me? Am i doing too bad or anyelse....till now i'm still thinking tat i didnt do too good for you to stay down wif me. It so damn hurt when i tell out to broke tat words.I really doest wanna broke but i think for u is the best choice,i didnt mean to show how much i do for u but all i need is your love n care. When you tell lie to me,do you knw tat if i knw the true it will hurt me.....when i knw ther's a lie, i rather to think is as simple as can. To stop argue wif u......but wat do i get? I'll only tell lie wif u once tat i'm promise to quiet smoke but i really do it! Juz sometime more about few....tat's all. But u'r lie are more and more.......I juz wanna ask u question,Doest i look so fool 2 u? U message when broke tat we 2 knw each other 6 years,so doesn't wanna hurt me again. Then i really wanna ask you bck, so why should early we 2 start??? Do you get the point? If i really doesn't love you den it's ok. I can swear to you tat in MY LIFE I DIDN"T BEEN SO LOVE A WOMEN BE4.....Till now U'r still the one I LOVE.And the "Ring on my neck" I still keep it.....baby...
